Rebecca leads a team responsible for advancing the proliferation of electric vehicle charging in NYC and Westchester County. The team provides support and incentives for electric vehicle charging infrastructure through Con Edison's PowerReady Program. 

Rebecca has previously led Con Edison teams responsible for project management of a scheduled state audit of the Company, piloting new rate structures that aim to provide customers with greater choice and control over their energy use while reducing peak demand on the electric grid, and piloting new energy efficiency products, services, and technologies.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business, with concentrations in Leadership & Change Management and Finance. Rebecca is a Certified Energy Manager and Project Management Professional, and a member of the Advisory Board of the NY chapter of the Association of Energy Engineer's Council on Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (AAE NY CWEEL).
