This event is for qualified fleet operators. Fleet registration includes education, networking, lunch and Ride & Drive participation.

To qualify for a Fleet Full Conference Pass, you must be directly employed by the company or agency that operates a commercial, government or rental fleet. Suppliers or vendors to fleets and employees of fleet leasing and management companies, sales reps and individuals providing support services to a company or agency that owns or operates a commercial fleet or any other suppliers or vendors to flees do not qualify for a Fleet Full Conference Pass and must purchase a sponsorship. Registrations will be audited and those that do not comply will be cancelled. Please check admittance and cancellation policies below before registering.

Policies

Admittance Policy

Please note, to qualify for a Fleet Pass, you must be directly employed by the company or agency that operates a commercial, government or rental fleet. Employees of fleet leasing and management companies and any other suppliers or vendors to fleets do not qualify for Fleet Full Conference Pass. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited/cancelled for compliance.

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on the 2024 Fleet Forward: The Tour (FFTT) and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend.

Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ!

Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Fleet Forward: The Tour, c/o Bobit Business Media, PO Box 2703, Torrance, CA 90509, Email: [email protected], no later than May 17, 2024 for the Port of Los Angeles Tour Stop and no later than August 12, 2024 for the Sumerset, NJ Tour Stop.

A Full Conference Fleet Pass refund will equal the pass price less a $25 processing fee. A Supplier Pass/Sponsor Pass refund will equal the pass price less a $100 processing fee. After May 17, 2024 for the Port of Los Angeles Tour Stop or after August 12, 2024 for the Sumerset, NJ Tour Stop, only those cancellations accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevents you from attending may be rolled into the 2025 event or transferred to a colleague from the same company. No exceptions will be made for non-medical cancellations.

Health & Safety Protocols

Your health and safety is our #1 priority. All food and beverage vendors will adhere to the guidelines of the venue to provide the highest standard food safety.

Your privacy is of the utmost priority, and we will adhere to privacy regulations.

All event participants are expected to follow the protocols as described. Masks are optional for attendees. Participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of personal hygiene through the availability of hand washing stations. We kindly request any participants that are feeling unwell to stay home or in their hotel room.

By filling out this form you consent to Bobit Business Media's Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

Code of Conduct:

Fleet Forward: The Tour is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative and productive environment for all event participants.

Fleet Forward: The Tour has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from Fleet Forward: The Tour /Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault. Please report any harassment to SHOW MANAGEMENT immediately.

Photo & Video Release:

By attending the Fleet Forward: The Tour, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Fleet Forward: The Tour. You also authorize Fleet Forward: The Tour to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and web content.
