Keith Carbajal is the Deputy Public Works Director assigned to the Fleet Services Division.  He has been with the city for 25 years, all in the public works department, 18 in Solid Waste Field Services and the last 7 in Fleet Services.  The Fleet Services Division provides support to 20+ departments citywide and over 7,400 pieces of equipment at 6 major shop locations.
