Juliana VandenBorn serves as an Air Quality Planner for the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) and works on the Clean Vehicles Initiatives Team.  Before coming to NCTCOG, Juliana worked in environmental compliance and enforcement as an air quality inspector for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.  Juliana graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
