Celia Kosinski is a Policy Manager for the Electrification Coalition Policy Program. Her focus is on policy research and analysis to help policy makers create ambitious policy opportunities and strengthen the case for transportation electrification, with a particular emphasis on the southeast region (GA and FL).
As a Connecticut native, Celia has previously worked in the energy sector through local advocacy measures at the city and town level, along with leading educational environmental programs. Before joining the EC, Celia worked at People’s Action for Clean Energy CT, providing technical analysis on electric vehicle adoption by county, and educating residents on the benefits of building electrification.
Celia holds a Master’s in Energy and Environmental Management and Geographic Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
