Bill Vaughan is the Business Electric Vehicle Charging Program lead for Salt River Project to improve EV adoption and decrease GHG emissions in the Phoenix, Arizona Valley. Prior to this assignment, he was the Senior Manager at ICF implementing Beneficial Electrification and Business EV Programs for SRP.  He previously served as Manager for the Quick Start Energy Efficiency Program for Entergy Mississippi.

Bill has other experience in various roles for electric utilities, sales and marketing management, construction and commercial real estate.   

He earned an MBA from Mississippi State University.  Billy is active in various sustainability and electrification efforts including the Association of Energy Services Professionals, Edison Electric Institute, Avondale, AZ and is a founding Chair for Phoenix EV Racing.
